All items returned will have the actual shipping cost to ship the package to them plus a $5 restocking fee deducted from their refund. All items returned that has been opened, assembled or been used will have an additional 20% fee deducted from their refund. Buyer will be responsible for shipping item back to seller at their own cost, with tracking information provided to seller to verify delivery. Shipments refused or deemed undeliverable by either UPS or Fedex are subject to the freight charges (both to the customer and return to us) associated with shipping your order.
